Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive/high-level administrative support to the Executive Commissioner, including the coordination of confidential correspondence and other documentation, initiating and preparing responses where required or as directed by the Executive Commissioner.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence and briefing papers for Commission Meetings and liaise with the Executive Commissioner, Commission staff and appointed Commissioner’s to prepare the Commission meeting agendas, minutes, and associated reports.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with Commissioners, Division and Branch Heads and senior Government officers, whilst coordinating associated confidential duties to support the Executive Commissioner in their day to day functions.
- Provide assistance to coordinate and reconcile invoices and financial matters as required.
- Prepare policies, procedures and established standards to ensure a high standard of service delivery. Undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties as a member of the Commission Administration Team including supporting the Business Manager as required.
- Perform other duties as envisaged by the assigned classification under the relevant award and in accordance with the skills, competence and training of the occupant.
Desirable Requirements
- A current motor vehicle driver’s licence.
