Job description:
Support and advise on the efficient management of the department's Human Resource (HR) information systems, identifying practical solutions to meet various project, system, operational, and reporting needs.

Duties
- Undertake research and analysis of human resources related data to enhance the department’s HR information systems and reporting capabilities, ensuring high quality service and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Manager Operational Services to manage and administer the Department’s HR systems and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain various HR reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including the identification of trends, issues and provision advice to management based on analysis of the data.
- Provide appropriate training, documentation, advice and support to stakeholders on HR system functionality, reporting requirements and data analysis.
- Undertake quality assurance and data integrity activities to ensure efficient and accurate payroll, recruitment and establishment service.
- Identify opportunities and assist in the development, implementation and review of broader business services improvement initiatives, including system integration.
