Job description:

Undertake and oversee investigations into referred breaches of environmental laws and legislation administered by, or relevant to, the EPA.

Undertake and oversee investigations into referred breaches of environmental laws and legislation administered by, or relevant to, the EPA.  Provide support and advice on compliance, investigation and enforcement issues, management and governance to EPA senior managers and staff.

Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation). 

Essential requirements

  • Certificate IV in Government Investigations or demonstrated practical experience in investigations at an equivalent level;
  • A current motor vehicle driver’s licence.

Desirable requirements

  • A Degree relevant to the professional duties to be undertaken, as provided by a university.
