Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties
- Provide a wide range of administrative and clerical functions, including reception services and management of files and electronic records.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Investigation and Conciliation Officers during complaint handling procedures.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Training and Education Officer and the Community Engagement and Education Officer.
- Assist with the continuing development of administrative procedures, templates and publication materials, as required.
- Maintain the office stationery supplies and prepare minutes of staff meetings.
- Undertake administrative tasks under the instruction and guidance of the Business Services Coordinator.
Desirable Requirements
- Business Office Administration Certificate or similar qualification.
