Duties
- Provide high level administrative support to the Community Corrections directorate staff, including minute taking, setting agendas, record keeping, management of invoices and accounts and management of confidential materials.
- Manage a range of incoming correspondence, being the primary contact for multiple inboxes and the initial point of contact for stakeholders, in a professional and timely manner to support the delivery of directorate outputs.
- With support from the Executive Officer, maintain and update the Community Corrections intranet, external website and be the local administrator for the Division’s information system.
- With support from the Executive Officer and Business Services Manager, manage the Division’s physical assets including computers, printers, phones, vehicles and all accommodation related issues.
- Work in partnership with the Learning and Development Manager to develop and coordinate administrative tasks associated with staff training, including record keeping, planning, material preparation, venue and facilities booking, external training booking for staff and the collation of feedback from a variety of sources.
- Actively participate in, contribute to and support the organisation’s Quality & Safety and Work, Health & Safety processes, including by providing administrative support to a number of committees.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.
- The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying jobs at this classification level.
