Job description:

The position manages and coordinates high level projects aligned to the objectives and roles of Consumer, Building and Occupational Services (CBOS).

Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available. 

Duties

  • Manage priority projects for Consumer, Building and Occupational Services.
  • Provide high level expert advice and support to the Executive Director on all aspects of policy development and project management.
  • Represent the department at appropriate forums, both within and external to the Agency and across all spheres of government.
  • Develop communication and consultation strategies to ensure sound knowledge of any project by all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effectively co-ordinate and undertake high level project management over all components of any project business plan in order to achieve objectives in a structured and formalised manner.
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders in the development and management of project outputs.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to staff associated with and affected by the project.
