Job description:
Provide client focused, strategic and operational advice, planning and program delivery to a defined client group/s within the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania (NRE Tas) across the spectrum of human resources functions to build a high-performance Department and positive culture.

Provide client focused, strategic and operational advice, planning and program delivery to a defined client group/s within the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania (NRE Tas) across the spectrum of human resources functions to build a high-performance Department and positive culture.
This role acts as the link between the business and the broader People and Culture team, ensuring that people processes and initiatives are aligned to business needs and are implemented and supported. It provides a high-level consultancy service to a defined client group/s across all functional areas within the human resources discipline. It is a key member of the Divisional leadership team/s that they partner with.

Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).
Desirable requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- A current driver’s licence.
