About the role
The Business Enterprise Coordinator at Cradle Mountain will manage the day-to-day operations of the Visitor Centre and contribute to delivering essential frontline services by:
- Overseeing Overland Track departures and day-to-day operations of Waldheim Cabins.
- Managing staff, including recruitment and management of seasonal staff, training, and induction.
- Liaising with the local community, key stakeholder groups and commercial business partners.
- Reconciling monies collected through sales and entry fees and preparing financial and stocktaking reports.
This is a permanent position based at Cradle Mountain.

Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).
Desirable requirements
- A current motor vehicle driver’s licence.
- Obtain and maintain a Workplace Level 2 First Aid Certificate and perform first aid duties.
- Qualifications in business management, marketing or administration.
