Job description:

About the role

As an Assets and Property Officer, you’ll provide administrative, information, and finance-related support to the Assets and Emergency Management Branch. Some of your key duties will include:

  • Assist with the development and management of maintenance and minor works programs.
  • Undertake property inspections and coordinate building contractors.
  • Arrange the submission and evaluation of quotations.
  • Participate in and support the Department’s building emergency management practices, committees, and organisations.

This is a permanent position based in Hobart.

Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).

Desirable requirements
