Job description:
Lead strategic plans, deliver high quality reporting, and build smart systems that deliver operational success for Marine Resources Tasmania.

About the role
The Business Planning and Reporting Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, monitoring and managing planning, reporting and program activities across the Marine Resources Strategic Business Unit.
In this role you will support the development and delivery of operational and strategic plans, including supporting the development of operational plans for marine compliance, and marine engagement activities.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of strategic, program and operational plans.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards and tools for standardised reporting.
- Support the delivery, tracking and reporting of projects and programs.
- Collaborate with Branch Managers to identify and deliver process and system improvements.

Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).
Period of appointment
2 years.
Desirable requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in business, project or stakeholder management or a related discipline.
- A current motor vehicle driver’s licence.
