Job description:
The position manages and coordinates projects aligned with CBOS’s occupational licensing functions and other regulatory reform initiatives.

Period of Appointment
Fixed term for 2 (two) years
Hours per fortnight
36.75 hours per fortnight
Duties
- Lead and manage the delivery of the Better Licensing and associated projects within the CBOS Refresh, Reform and Realign (RRR) Program, including project planning, risk management, implementation, leading engagement and communication, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting.
- Coordinate and facilitate engagement with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for policy and process improvements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyse stakeholder feedback, make recommendations, and develop clear documentation to implement regulatory improvements.
- Use co-design approaches to ensure collaborative and inclusive engagement with all relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with RRR Program team to align the Better Licensing project activity and outcomes with the RRR Program.
- Carry out other related duties as required.
Desirable Requirements
- Ability to undertake intrastate travel to engage with staff and stakeholders and to facilitate workshops
- Experience using human-centred design and/or co-design approaches with stakeholders
