Job description:

Analyse operational activities and workforce demand to design a compliant, sustainable and efficient operational roster for the Agency.

About the role

The purpose of the role is to analyse operational activities and workforce demand to design a compliant, sustainable, and efficient operational roster for the Agency. The role evaluates industrial requirements, workforce capability, and service delivery needs to identify optimal staffing levels and shift structures, contributing to improved staff retention, reduced overtime and fatigue risks, and the effective use of public resources in support of the Agency’s operational objectives.

Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).

Period of appointment

6 months.

Desirable requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
  • A current driver’s licence.
