Duties

Manage the day-to-day operations of a student residence facility, ensuring the delivery of a safe and supported service for years 11 and 12 students living away from home to complete their studies.
The role will provide leadership and support to facility staff who are responsible for the engagement, safeguarding, wellbeing, and supervision of residents, subsequently building the self-esteem, resilience, capacity and engagement of all student residents, and ensuring their success in the completion of their studies.

Period of Appointment

Ongoing - Start date of 16 December 2024
