Job description:

Provide guidance and support to trainers and assessors on the development, implementation and review of training, including learning and assessment resources in line with training package requirements and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015. Ensure RTO policies and procedures are understood and implemented by trainers and assessors.

About the Role

Period of Appointment

ASAP until 15 May 2026

Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.

Hours per fortnight

73.5 hours per fortnight

Essential Requirements

  • Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)

Desirable Requirements

  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or its successor).
