Job description:

Provide high-level clerical and administrative support to the Australian Curriculum, Early Learning and the Swimming and Water Safety Program teams. Contribute to the efficient operation of the business unit including the provision of high-level client service.

The Team

The Development and Support portfolio provides those working directly with children and young people with the technical guidance and support they need to build their capability to have the greatest positive impact. Tasmanian Government Schools implement the Australian Curriculum from Prep to Year 10. Early Years and Australian Curriculum have a pivotal role in supporting principals, school leaders and teachers in delivering a curriculum that is contemporary, world-class and meets the needs of our students

About the Role

Provide high-level clerical and administrative support to the Australian Curriculum, Early Learning and the Swimming and Water Safety Program teams. Contribute to the efficient operation of the business unit including the provision of high-level client service.

Administration Officer provides critical support across SWSP, Australian Curriculum and Early years.
• Monitoring SWSP mailbox, communications to schools regarding programs
• Invoicing across Australian Curriculum
• Responsible for core administrative functions and outputs across all team
