Responsibilities
- Prepare regular management reports for performance monitoring and expense control, and ensure timely and accurate information delivery to management
- Interpret financial trends and explain deviations from budget, historical trend etc
- Coordinate and formulate, and track the KPI for the department and corresponding business units
- Provide periodical sales and the overall business performance analysis, identify business opportunities/ weakness, and recommend solutions to optimise the sales performance and business plans
- Perform budget and forecast process, and ensure accuracy and awareness of circumstances that could impact it
- Provide management report with all essential accurate information on ad hoc basis for strategic planning
- Develop MIS and drive business growth by providing analysis of result and reporting key metrics
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on development and implementation of system projects
Requirements
- Degree or above with at least 3 year relevant experience in banking industry
- Strong financial and business analytical skills
- Excellent communications and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written. Fluent in Putonghua.
- Be self-motivated, energetic, creative and enthusiastic for new challenges
- Proficient in MS Office application (Excel VBA is a plus) and Chinese input method
