Assistant Innovation Manager (1 yr Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and consolidate business requirements from stakeholders. Including define clear User Journeys and User Stories, ensuring the product design meets customer experience standards and internal requirements.  
  • ​​Assist in managing the Product Backlog, ​collaborate closely with UXUI designers and clearly communicating business logic and requirements to developers.  
  • ​Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including drafting comprehensive Test Cases and tracking defect resolution to ensure quality delivery.  
  • Monitor product performance metrics and derive actionable insights from user behavior data.
 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above with major in e-Commerce, Innovative Technology, Business Administration, Information Technology, Design, Event Management or related disciplines.
  • Experience in Digital Product Management, Business Analysis, or Project Management within the Banking or FinTech sector.  
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with hands-on experience in preparing User Requirements and conducting UAT.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and collaborating across teams.
