Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality services and conduct outbound call to introduce personal loan at Contact Centre
- Handle online personal loan related applications with prospective customers
- Responsible for application follow up and credit assessment
- Grasp opportunities to cross-sell appropriately
- Identify existing and prospective customers’ financial needs in order to achieve business targets
- Address customer feedback / complaints professionally
- Assist the superiors in implementing the implementation in accordance with the unit development guidelines and policies
Requirements:
- Degree or above is preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in retail banking services or personal loan products, sales experience a definite advantage
- Self-initiative, customer-focused, independent, positive attitude and able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good command of English and Chinese in both verbal and written including Putonghua
- Proficient in PC applications, such as MS Office and Chinese inputs
- May required on-shift duty as needed
- Applicants with more experience will be considered as Personal Banking Manager
