Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager (Financial Affairs)

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting the company's document management policies and their implementation.
  • Reviewing and handling of daily official documents.
  • Responsible for document archive arrangement, custody, utilization, compilation and research.
  • Organizing training, supervision and inspection of document management in respective units.
  • Assist in information security management.
  • Protecting historical archives, and conducting thematic research and compilation of historical materials.
  • Assist in the development, deployment, optimization, and upgrading of the document management system.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above,
  • Relevant experience or background in document management, office automation, information technology preferred.
  • Familiar with office administration knowledge and work flow.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and willing to work under high pressure and tight timeline.
  • Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
