Job Description:
- Perform daily computer operations
- Monitor batch job scheduling and server processing
- Perform 1st level diagnosis and trouble-shooting
- Maintain operation menu / administration document
- Handle the adhoc request task.
Requirements:
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above with some formal training in computer studies
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Able to work independently under pressure
- 24 x 7 shift duty is required
- Experienced in system operation on Mainframe / Windows platform and software tools (Tivoli Workload Scheduler / Control-M/ CICS) is an advantage
