The position of SFS Data Analyst Operations, Reporting & Collections is responsible for auditing, reconciling and managing student accounts to minimize financial loss. The Analyst will need an in-depth understanding of the student lifecycle, including processes such as registration, financial aid, refunds, payment plans, and policy enforcement. Additionally, the SFS Analyst's role provides training and process documentation as required and develops and supports the department’s reporting needs. The position is responsible for providing functionally oriented technical support and statistical/metrics analysis to meet a wide range of informational requirements for the Department. |

The Professional Development Seminar is a 1-credit course designed to provide students with the necessary structure, resources, and support to successfully secure and engage in their first Cooperative Education experience. Through a variety of interactive teaching methodologies and assignments, students will participate in a sequence of learning activities including self-assessment, industry research, and the development of co-op learning objectives. Students will prepare to engage in the job search process through resume writing, strategic interviewing, professional networking, and learn professional behavior and presentation skills. The goal of the course is to assist each student in developing a sound plan of action to successfully participate in an internship job search or cooperative education experience. This seminar instructor position is available for the Fall 2025 academic semester but could be renewable for Spring 2025. |

The Customer Service & Onboarding Specialist (CSOS) is an integral member of the UMass Lowell Student Employment staff, providing outstanding customer service to student employees and campus supervisors, and ensuring new student employees are onboarded in a timely manner. Student Employment staff have access to sensitive and confidential information and are required to act with the utmost discretion. The CSOS routinely interacts with student employees, supervisors, and professional and paraprofessional staff within the Career & Co-op Center. This position is temporary/part-time. |

The Department of Physical Therapy and Kinesiology at the University of Massachusetts Lowell invites applications for a Director of Clinical Education to be appointed at the Assistant, Associate or Full Clinical Professor, 9-month contract with additional compensation for summer clinical education requirements. The Director of Clinical Education will lead the clinical education program areas in the department’s graduate Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and undergraduate Exercise Science programs and will have responsibilities including teaching, service, and advancement in pedagogy. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining, developing and growing strong clinical partnerships and effective clinical education experiences for students and support the mission of the department. The appointment is expected to begin September 2025. |
