Overview:
This student will be the first point of contact for the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students, staff and faculty on operation and maintenance of technology used in the classroom.
Responsibilities:
1. Keep updated on news related to software. 2. Serve as a liaison to the help desk to problem-solve technology issues & for problem resolution.3. Provide Classroom/lab/clinical (overall) support for technology use, for students and faculty. Support Distance Ed Technology for Nursing students primarily on Thursdays. Work with faculty to assist with testing and proctoring, and software analysis. 
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be an RMU student currently enrolled. Qualified applicants must maintain a minimum of GPA of 3.0. Student Work positions have the opportunity for renewal each semester based on performance evaluations. Technology skills to include knowledge of handheld/portable computer devices, software applications, and database management. Customer support skills.
Academic Years Preferred: First Year Graduate Student or Greater
Wage: $2,750.00/semester that is applied directly to tuition cost
Wage Frequency: One-Time Stipend Payment

Days of the Week to Work: Thursday Evenings & additional hours are Flexible according to department needs.
