Overview:
RMU Athletics is looking for outgoing and qualified candidates who will be responsible for assisting the game day ticket manager with operational oversight. Employee will work closely with the ticket manager in the areas of event management, customer service, fan engagement and on-site trouble shooting.
Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities Include: Assist in entire game day operations layout including will call table, ticket sales, order processing, gate attendant and ticket scanning. Handle customer concerns. Work with other members of team in order to ensure smooth operational efficiency. Identify areas for growth and enhanced engagement. Attendance on game days at least one hour before scheduled game start time. Other assignments designated by Ticket Manager or other Athletics Administrative Staff
Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred, but not limited to, Sport Management, Communication and Marketing Majors
Academic Years Preferred: Any Academic Year Will Be Considered
