Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Undergraduate Research Assistant to conduct research for a project titled “Hydraulic Tank Design Improvement Analysis using CFD” in collaboration with Schroeder Industries. The student will work closely with the faculty members and company employees to contribute to the research project's success.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in literature reviews and data collection · Conduct experiments, collect and analyze data · Assist in data visualization and presentation
Minimum Qualifications:
· Have a junior or senior standing in RMU Engineering or RMU Manufacturing Engineering program. · Familiarity with Solidworks and Solidworks Simulation (desired but not required) · Have successfully completed or enrolled in ENGR3300-Fluid Mechanics for Fall 2024 semester (desired but not required)
Academic Years Preferred: Junior Year or Greater
