Overview:
A critical role to the Dean’s Office, you are a member of a fast-paced team who assists the office in its operations. The job
consists of administrative functions, data entry and analysis, and event planning with coordination among the Dean, Associate Dean
and Assistant Dean offices.
Responsibilities:
Assisting Dean’s office staff; Creating excel spreadsheets and generating charts; Creating powerpoint presentations; Creating and
editing documents; Helping with Social Media Content Generation; Assisting with events; Gathering data and formatting; Greeting guests
of the Dean’s Office; Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Basic understanding of how to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Canva; Adaptability of learning and using
various technologies; Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills; An eagerness to learn; Reliable; Timely;
Problem-solver; Must be available on some Saturdays and evenings; Must be a student enrolled in a Rockwell SBUS program.
