Student Workers

• Hires and Supervises student employees. The number of student employees depends on budget but what is needed for each practice.
• Creates shooting schedule for students to record practice and what angle. This is based on coaching practice form and needs of coverage.
• Record highlights maybe for recruiting and team videos

DVSport (Catapult)

• Over sees entire structure of how coaches will watch video (opponent, self-scout, NFL, team study, possibly recruiting)
• Imports all video for practice, games, opponents, NFL and needs of coaches
• Ensures coaches can take laptops on the road by Road Ready and syncing the data base
• Works with IT to get the proper computers for DVSport, computer failures, networking connectivity and issues. This will include all meeting/classrooms
• Works with DVsport Support for software upgrades, installation, maintenance, malfunction and troubleshooting.
• Uploading to cloud IE DVSport 360 for players and coaches to watch video

Exchange

• Responsible to exchange game files with opponents. This is per conference rules and must meet Open Exchange policy. Exchange is all done via Catapult Vault.
• Exchange with 3rd parties, this can be PFF, NFL, CFL, UFL and other vendors team uses.

Cameras

• Responsible for purchase of cameras, related equipment and their maintenance. Camera will need to comply with DVSport specifications regarding resolution and frame rate.

IGV

• Oversees per vendor IE: Gamestrat that all equipment is set up properly for game.
• Maintains the iPads (tablets) for functionality and rules compliance.
• Works with vendor to fix any issues or broken equipment

Meeting Room

• Responsible for all meeting room equipment includes, projectors, cables, and computer
• Set up meeting room outside of facility when needed (e.g. team hotel)
