Overview:
RMU Campus Recreation is looking for outgoing and qualified candidates to work with our video staff and media relations department on game-day club sports coverage. Individuals will be responsible for assisting game day staff with video streaming and/or casting of the event. He/She will work closely with the Director of Campus Recreation in establishing the best methods for streaming the events.
Responsibilities:
  • Support game day operations related to live video streaming of club sports events
  • Collaborate with the Club Sports Multimedia Manager to determine optimal streaming strategies
  • Operate streaming and video equipment as needed
  • Maintain a professional presence during live broadcasts
  • Support additional multimedia efforts, including:
  • Social media content creation and management
  • Event and promotional photography
  • Graphic design for digital and print materials
  • Video
 
Minimum Qualifications
  • Media Arts, Sport Management, Communications, or Marketing Major
  • Basic knowledge of live sports video production
  • Experience with broadcasting, streaming, video production, and/or editing is preferred.
  • The candidate must be highly professional, reliable, and have excellent communication and technical skills.
