Overview:
The Assistant Director of Operations will assist the Director of Operations and the Director of Bands in the day-to-day operations of the University Band program.
Responsibilities:
The student will be responsible for record-keeping, and will assist the Director of Bands with recruiting for all of the ensembles. Student will work in the Band office ten hours a week.
Minimum Qualifications:
Student must have participated in the band program for a minimum of one year. A working knowledge of Word, Excel, Google, and social media programs is required. Student must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Student must have the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people from students, parents, to CEO's.
Academic Years Preferred: Sophomore Year or Greater
