Administrative Coordinator: Collaborative Learning Institute (CLI) Collaborative Learning Institute Moon Campus
The Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for the Collaborative Learning Institute (CLI). This position serves as a primary point of contact for students, visitors, faculty, staff, employers, vendors, and community partners while helping to ensure that CLI’s daily operations, facilities, events, contracts, invoicing, and administrative processes are organized and running smoothly. The Administrative Coordinator maintains a welcoming and professional environment for students and visitors and works closely with CLI Leadership and university departments to coordinate the logistical and administrative needs of the Institute. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced learning and event environment.
Assistant Director, Strategic Communications Athletics Media Relations Moon Campus
The Assistant Director, Strategic Communications assists with the creation and implementation of overall design strategy across all aspects of the athletic department and is responsible for oversight of all media relations functions for assigned sports, within the guidelines, rules, and regulations of the University and NCAA.
Assistant Coach, Men’s D4 Club Ice Hockey Campus Recreation Island Sports Center
The Assistant Coach, Men’s D4 Club Ice Hockey is a part-time position not eligible for University benefits. Work hours are limited to 950 per calendar year and less than 29 hours per week on a regular basis. The University is a proud member of the ACHA with successful hockey programs at the Men’s D1 and D3 levels. The team practices 2-3 times per week and plays games most weekends during the season. There are 3-5 travel weekends during the season which include Fridays. Preference is for the coach to attend all practices and games.
Director of Student Accessibility Center For Student Success Moon Campus
The Director of Student Accessibility provides equal opportunity to students with disabilities to ensure equal access to education programs, services, and benefits, and to promote a welcoming campus environment for students requiring accommodations. The Director advocates for students with disabilities and seeks to empower them to become their own and best advocates. The Director provides technical assistance and guidance to faculty about providing accommodations to students. The position also provides personal counseling, education, professional programming, as well as services and resources for students with disabilities to create inclusive learning environments. Serving as the main disability representative and voice on campus, this staff member's primary focus will be the education of students, parents, faculty, and staff centered around standards, practices, letters of accommodations, and appropriate services provided through programs, workshops, and personal meetings. This role operates with a post-secondary disabililty framework and accommodation determinations are made through an individualized, interactive process. The Director will also provide academic advisement and support to a designated group of undergraduate students.
Media Project Manager Academic Media Center Moon Campus
Robert Morris University’s Academic Media Center (AMC) seeks a highly organized and skilled individual to serve as Media Project Manager. This role is central to the operational efficiency and cross-campus coordination of the university’s media ecosystem, ensuring that the AMC's resources are effectively deployed to support academic, athletic, branding, and student experience initiatives. The Media Project Manager is responsible for administering the center's assignment system, facilitating seamless collaboration with key campus stakeholders, managing the booking of physical resources, and convening student content producers. This role includes direct student mentorship to support experiential learning in media production and project management. This is a Part-time, non-benefit eligible position limited to no more than 950 hours in a calendar year.
