| This role includes collaboration with Campus Recreation administrators to plan home events, away contests, and ensure compliance with RMU Club Sports policies. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in coaching or playing at the high school or collegiate level, as well as a strong understanding of player development, team management, and athlete recruitment. Familiarity with the college athletic recruitment process, including player evaluation and outreach, is essential. This position requires availability for all scheduled practices and competitions, including nights and weekends, and may involve occasional travel to off-campus games. Strong organizational and communication skills, a commitment to student-athlete welfare and academic success, and adherence to University regulations are critical. |

| The Leadership Giving Officer (LGO) serves as a front-line fundraiser responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a portfolio of high-potential alumni and friends of the University. The LGO develops and executes strategic "moves management" plans to secure major commitments and planned gifts at the $10,000 level.
The primary focus of this role is proactive fieldwork, requiring frequent face-to-face engagement (in-person and virtual) to build a robust philanthropic pipeline. Additionally, the LGO plays an active role in grant administration, managing the lifecycle of foundation and corporate grant opportunities—from proposal development and data gathering to reporting and compliance. Reporting to the Executive Director for Leadership Giving, the LGO collaborates across University Advancement to align fundraising efforts with the University’s strategic priorities and long-term financial goals of the university, with the goal of securing and increasing philanthropic donations. |

| The Student Accessibility Services Coordinator and Academic Advisor provides equal opportunity to students with disabilities to ensure equal access to education programs, services, and benefits, and to promote a welcoming campus environment for students requiring accommodations. The Coordinator advocates for students with disabilities and seeks to empower them to become their own and best advocates. The Coordinator provides technical assistance and guidance to faculty about providing accommodations to students. The position also provides personal counseling, education, professional programming, as well as services and resources for students with disabilities to create inclusive learning environments. Serving as the main disability representative and voice on campus, this staff member's primary focus will be the education of students, parents, faculty, and staff centered around standards, practices, letters of accommodations, and appropriate services provided through programs, workshops, and personal meetings. This role operates with a post-secondary disabililty framework and accommodation determinations are made through an individualized, interactive process. The Coordinator will also provide academic advisement and support to a designated group of undergraduate students. |
