Lehigh University, a prestigious private research institution nestled in Pennsylvania's beautiful Lehigh Valley, seeks a dynamic Assistant Coach for our Women's Lacrosse program. As part of our commitment to excellence in Division I athletics, you'll join a supportive community dedicated to developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

Position Number: S99940

This position is a Grade: 7 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $39,080 - $46,910 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide sport-specific coaching and training to enhance team performance
• Lead strategic recruitment efforts to attract top-tier student-athletes
• Support student-athlete academic development and success initiatives
• Manage program administration, including scheduling and compliance
• Drive program advancement and community engagement activities
• Ensure adherence to University, Patriot League, and NCAA policies
• Collaborate with head coach on game strategy and team development

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Experience as a student-athlete
• NCAA Certification required
• CPR/First Aid required
• One to three years of related work experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to student-athlete academic success
• Ability to recruit within institutional and conference standards
