Are you passionate about collegiate athletics and ready to make a transformative impact? Lehigh University seeks a dynamic Associate Director of Athletics Development and Director of Athletics Annual Giving to lead our philanthropic initiatives and drive sustainable growth for our Mountain Hawks programs.

Position Number: S98810

This position is a Grade: 10 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $66,270 - $80,620 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

You'll spearhead annual giving strategies that fuel athletic excellence, managing a talented team of annual giving officers while maximizing engagement opportunities across all sport programs. This leadership role involves developing comprehensive annual and multi-year fundraising plans, establishing key performance metrics, and innovating initiatives that elevate our athletics department to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise annual giving officers and Athletics Partnership staff
• Develop and execute annual and multi-year philanthropic plans for athletics
• Design strategic fundraising initiatives aligned with athletics priorities
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics to assess program effectiveness
• Optimize engagement activities to maximize philanthropic impact across all sport programs
• Foster relationships that translate passion into sustainable donor support
• Innovate new approaches to improve fundraising results and donor retention
• Exercise leadership in evaluation, development, and improvement of athletics programs

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Five to eight years of related work experience
• Proven track record in annual giving program management
• Strong leadership and staff supervision experience
• Experience in developing strong relationships; experience and demonstrated effectiveness in various forms of communication (written, telephone, in-person); experience in sales is helpful
• Knowledge of athletics fundraising and donor engagement strategies
• Proficiency with donor management systems and analytics
• Passion for collegiate athletics and student-athlete success
