Join Lehigh University's dynamic Office of International Affairs as our Administrative Coordinator and become the vital hub connecting global initiatives with executive excellence. This unique role offers an exceptional opportunity to directly support senior leadership while contributing to collaborative projects that span our entire international division.

Position Number: S73020

This position is a Grade: 8 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $43,940 - $52,740 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive support to Vice President/Vice Provost for International Affairs and senior leaders
• Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings and communications
• Oversee faculty and student grant program coordination and reporting
• Lead event planning and coordination for international programs
• Support OIA Shared Services Operations Team with cross-divisional projects
• Manage financial tracking, student hiring processes, and shared administrative tools
• Serve as central communication liaison across multiple departments

Qualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Associates Degree preferred.
• Five to eight years of administrative or project coordination experience, preferably in higher education.
• Three to five years of experience may be considered if accompanied by the preferred education level.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and intercultural communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with administrative technologies including Microsoft Office, Qualtrics, Banner, and web-based calendaring tools.
• Experience preparing communications, reports, and professional presentations.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Commitment to internationalization.
