The Equal Opportunity and Title IX Case Manager will be responsible for the intake and management of all reports associated with the University's obligations under equal opportunity and non-discrimination laws and regulations. This position will be responsible for initial response to reports of prohibited conduct, requests for supportive measures and reasonable modifications, and follow-up and coordination related to communication with parties and witnesses as it relates to complaint resolution. The position assists with bias education/support and ensures the University complies with equal opportunity laws and policies across all programs, activities, employment, and contracting.

Prospect Management Analyst Bethlehem, Fully Remote
The Prospect Data Analyst works closely with the Associate Director of Prospect Management and the Prospect Management and Research team, to provide and report on analyses drawn from data on the university’s constituency and fundraising activity. The target audiences for these reports are the Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) department’s gift officers, leadership team and executive team. The Prospect Data Analyst also develops and manages relationships with gift officers, as their portfolios are analyzed and optimized throughout the year. Additional responsibilities include ensuring data confidentiality, data quality, and data integrity; ad-hoc reports; and special projects as assigned.

This role oversees key financial reporting operations, including endowments, capital assets, Banner Finance, and shared services. The position ensures GAAP and regulatory compliance, drives continuous process improvements, manages complex audits, and provides financial systems support and guidance to the University community.
Assistant Director: Residence Life Bethlehem
The Assistant Director (AD) of Residence Life is a professional, full-time, live-in staff member of the Office of Residence Life team. The AD is one of six Assistant Directors and reports to an Associate Director of Residence Life. The AD is responsible for the on-site stewardship and overall management of their residential area. The AD directly supervises a team of paraprofessional residence hall student staff (Gryphons). In addition, the AD will assist with the implementation of various residential curriculum strategies, will have department committee and project responsibilities, and will support department staff selection and training processes. The AD shares on-call duty responsibilities for the residential campus. Regular evening and weekend commitments are required.

Provides support for the Invention Disclosure process to Lehigh faculty researchers and the Office of Technology Transfer. The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Systems Manager of the Bursar’s Office in ensuring accuracy of information in Banner AR, for both student and non-student accounts. The position consults with various departments of the university to obtain the information necessary to process the department charges. The A/R Systems support Coordinator manages external and non-student billing and serves as the secondary point of contact for all aspects of the student health insurance plans, as well as a backup to other staff positions within the Bursar's Office.
