This position manages annual giving officers, while also ensuring the Athletics engagement activities are being optimally leveraged to maximize philanthropy to the Athletics department and sport programs. This includes developing an annual and multi-year plan for annual giving to athletics, determining the appropriate metrics for assessing effectiveness, innovating and executing initiatives to improve results, supervision of Athletics Partnership staff, and exercising leadership in the evaluation, development, and improvement of people and programs in support of athletics department and sport priorities. |
