The Director of Foundation Relations will analyze and target a strategic portfolio of foundation partners, private foundations and other organizations, manage and grow a pipeline of prospects, and drive collaboration that results in increased philanthropy, sponsored research and internship/job opportunities.

Real Estate Operations Analyst Bethlehem
The Real Estate Operations Analyst supports the administration, financial management, and operational coordination of the University's real estate portfolio, including residential, commercial, land, and ground lease assets. Working closely with Real Estate Services leadership, the position provides lease administration, financial oversight, property management coordination, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder support to ensure University real estate assets are managed effectively, accurately, and in accordance with applicable policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.

The Business Librarian provides specialized research expertise to students and faculty in the College of Business and related interdisciplinary programs. The position encompasses course-integrated library instruction; the development of library collections responsive to faculty research, curricular needs, and evolving industry practices; the stewardship of government documents collections; consultations with students and faculty; and participation in outreach activities that engage and support the broader Lehigh and surrounding community.

This position is responsible for the management and maintenance of the shared lab spaces for the MSE department located in both Whitaker and HST. This responsibility includes billing, budgeting, safety, instruction/training, maintenance records, equipment operations, standards, and policies.
Postdoctoral Research Associate in Evolutionary Cell Biology Bethlehem
The incoming postdoctoral researcher will join the Dudka Lab to lead experimental projects on the evolutionary mechanisms of chromosome segregation in mammals, using mouse oocytes, preimplantation embryos, hybrid mouse models, and/or tissue culture cells.
Coordinator, Invention Management Partial Remote, Bethlehem
Provides support for the Invention Disclosure process to Lehigh faculty researchers and the Office of Technology Transfer. Provides support for the Office of Technology Transfer including, but not limited to, legal research, drafting, reviewing and editing legal documents, and working with IP firms to process patent filings. Coordinates database management, website support, management of training and educational events, and OTT administrative processes.

The Associate Director is responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships with potential and current major gift level donors to Lehigh University. The Associate Director will manage a portfolio of donors and prospective donors, and be responsible for facilitating all phases of the gift cycle, including initiating contact, cultivating and moving potential donors to solicitation and closure, making solicitations, writing proposals, and stewarding donors.

Responsible for leading development and growth of internship and co-op programs for undergraduate health disciplines while supporting graduate opportunities as relevant. A/R Systems Support Coordinator Bethlehem
The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Systems Manager of the Bursar’s Office in ensuring accuracy of information in Banner AR, for both student and non-student accounts. The position consults with various departments of the university to obtain the information necessary to process the department charges. The A/R Systems support Coordinator manages external and non-student billing and serves as the secondary point of contact for all aspects of the student health insurance plans, as well as a backup to other staff positions within the Bursar's Office.
