Director of Institutional Compliance Partial Remote, Bethlehem
The Director of Institutional Compliance leads the University’s enterprise-wide compliance program to ensure institutional adherence to federal, state, and local laws, as well as internal policies and accreditation standards. Reporting to the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, the Director partners with academic, administrative, and operational units to identify regulatory risks, develop compliance strategies, and promote a culture of integrity and accountability. The Director serves as the University’s chief representative and advocate for excellence in compliance functions.
Engineering Librarian Bethlehem
The Engineering Librarian and Collections Strategist provides specialized research expertise to students and faculty in the Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science (RCEAS), as well as guides strategic development of library collections. As Engineering Librarian, the position encompasses course-integrated library instruction, the development of library collections, consultations with students and faculty, and participation in outreach activities. As Collections Strategist, this position provides leadership in support of holistic and user-centered collection development policies and practices in alignment with existing and anticipated university needs and emerging directions in scholarly publishing.

Research Support Services (RSS) provides comprehensive contract and grants management support including proposal development, post award management, reporting and metrics. Reporting to the Research Support Services Manager, the Pre-award Specialist is responsible for being the primary point of contact for faculty and researchers seeking to apply for sponsored funding. The Specialist provides a supportive environment for proposal development, managing the application process from initiation to submission in coordination with the ORSP Contract and Grant Specialists to ensure a high level of satisfaction for the faculty and researchers.
