Assistant Vice President, Development - Colleges & University Initiatives Partial Remote, Bethlehem
The Assistant Vice President, Development will lead strategic fundraising for Corporate & Foundation Relations (CFR), University Research Centers & Institutes, the Colleges of Health and Education, and select Vice Provost Initiatives. This role drives philanthropic partnerships with corporations and foundations to support academic innovation and research priorities. The AVP will partner closely with the Provost, Vice Provost for Research, and Deans to execute strategies for maximizing philanthropic investment and sponsored research.
Associate Director of Admissions Partial Remote, Bethlehem
Joining the Office of Admissions senior leadership team, you'll be key in developing and executing recruitment strategies, focusing on on-campus visitation programs. This includes data analysis to measure effectiveness. You'll supervise admissions staff, manage a recruitment market, review applications, and assist with hiring. Requires six to eight years of progressive admissions experience with strong data analysis skills. Reports to the Director.

Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach Bethlehem
The Assistant Coach provides leadership and direction to all facets of the program in advancing the mission of the University and Department of Athletics. Specific areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to) sport-specific coaching, recruitment, Student-Athlete development (including academic support), program administration and program advancement yielding agreed upon results. All activities shall be conducted within the policies and resource framework of the University, the Athletics Department, The Patriot League and the NCAA.
Associate Director of Athletics Development and Director of Athletics Annual Giving Partial Remote, Bethlehem
The Associate Director of Athletics Development and Director of Athletics Annual Giving leads the annual giving effort within Athletics. This position manages annual giving officers, while also ensuring the Athletics engagement activities are being optimally leveraged to maximize philanthropy to the Athletics department and sport programs. This includes developing an annual and multi-year plan for annual giving to athletics, determining the appropriate metrics for assessing effectiveness, innovating and executing initiatives to improve results, supervision of Athletics Partnership staff, and exercising leadership in the evaluation, development, and improvement of people and programs in support of athletics department and sport priorities.
