| The Director of Institutional Compliance leads the University’s enterprise-wide compliance program to ensure institutional adherence to federal, state, and local laws, as well as internal policies and accreditation standards. Reporting to the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, the Director partners with academic, administrative, and operational units to identify regulatory risks, develop compliance strategies, and promote a culture of integrity and accountability. The Director serves as the University’s chief representative and advocate for excellence in compliance functions. |
