A/R Systems Support Coordinator

| The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Systems Manager of the Bursar’s Office in ensuring accuracy of information in Banner AR, for both student and non-student accounts. The position consults with various departments of the university to obtain the information necessary to process the department charges. The A/R Systems support Coordinator manages external and non-student billing and serves as the secondary point of contact for all aspects of the student health insurance plans, as well as a backup to other staff positions within the Bursar's Office. |
