The Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs is a 12-month professional role reporting to the Associate Director. Key duties include departmental strategic planning and mission development. The AD provides hands-on advising to chapters and governing councils while facilitating innovative educational programming. This role is vital in promoting health and safety, fostering diversity and inclusion, and cultivating a learning-centered environment for the fraternity and sorority community.
Regional Assistant Director, Texas Partial Remote, Texas
The Regional Assistant Director will assist in implementing an effective and cohesive recruitment & enrollment plan for Texas in collaboration with the Office of Admissions. This includes implementing recruitment and yield events in Texas (Houston area) to meet enrollment goals; conducting school visits; serving as a resource to external constituents around admissions and Lehigh; cultivating and maintaining communication and relations with high school officials, alumni, Community Based Organizations (CBOs), and other partners.
Ticketing System Administrator Partial Remote, Bethlehem
To provide quality service to all Zoellner patrons, subscribers, donors, and visitors as well as the resident departments within Zoellner Arts Center by maintaining the ticketing database and support systems. Key responsibilities include creating all ticketed events, packages, gifts, and promos in ticketing database, managing user permissions, providing excellent customer service to patrons, training employees, and providing management with statistical, financial, and demographic data.
Assistant Project Manager, Facilities Partial Remote, Bethlehem
The Assistant Project Manager, reporting to the Lead Project Manager, will support the planning & project management team with all project management tasks associated with the setup, running, coordination, tracking, and closeout of projects executed by the planning, design, and construction group. The Assistant Project Manager will be expected to work with multiple project managers on both small and large projects in a supporting role to ensure the successful delivery of capital projects.
Assistant Director of Residence Life Bethlehem
The Assistant Director (AD) of Residence Life is a full-time, live-in professional of the Office of Residence Life staff. As one of five ADs, this role oversees residential area operations, supervises student staff (Gryphons), supports the residential curriculum, contributes to departmental committees and projects, assists with staff selection and training, and participates in an on-call rotation. Evening and weekend commitments are required.
