- Ability to research and analyze complex systems
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn principles of qualitative data collection and organization
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn the principles of grant writing
- Survey design skills a plus

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
