Will also assist the Admissions Coordinator with answering a large volume of phone calls regarding patient assigned inhouse beds, patient information calls and where the patient's certificate is in the death process. Acts as a liaison at department meetings and provides training to new employees in various roles with Patient Access. Audits registration quality of Hospital Patient Services Clerk 1 staff and provides education to fix errors. Also provides leadership to the Hospital Patient Services Clerk 1 staff when the supervisor is not available. Other duties required based on departmental needs.
