Operate MRI equipment by setting controls and making required adjustments using guidelines and standard procedures as directed by physicians, in order to procure the required images. Receive general technical supervision from Senior MRI Technologist including orientation to the facility and equipment, advice on procedures and spot-checks of overall performance to determine effectiveness. Other responsibilities include: Supervision of junior and student technologists. Quality control of MRI examinations to include proper positioning, technique factors, and appropriate use of resources. |
