Under direct supervision of the Accounts Payable and Travel Director, Student Assistants perform duties ranging from unskilled to skilled and/or specialized, in a variety of positions that typically require the use of manual, clerical, public contact, and/or analytical skill. Assignments have limited use of discretion and judgment. Work is regularly reviewed and may entail detailed instructions. Such duties may consist of, but not limited to scanning documents, data entry, sorting mail, file organization, verifying financial information, matching records and more.
Candidate should have work availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Candidate should have an interested in business processes, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business related field. Attention to detail and an inquisitive mind are highly valued.
