About the Position

Responsible for the supervision of undergraduate and graduate clinicians in both on and off campus practicum experiences. Observe therapy sessions, guide student clinicians in designing and administering therapy, and evaluate student clinicians. Additionally, the Speech Pathologist Supervisor reviews the students' written documentation, provides consistent feedback to clinicians regarding their performance, consults with client families, and performs demonstration therapy for student clinicians as appropriate. 

Required Qualifications

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology awarded by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology.
  • CS SLP license.
  • Minimum of three (3) years post-graduate clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated skill and experience in communicating and working effectively with a diverse student, staff, faculty, and campus community is essential.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

  • Supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
