Under the direct supervision of the Director, Career Empowerment Center, the Experiential Learning Coordinator supports the development and implementation of experiential learning opportunities, internship programs, and on-campus employment at Cal State East Bay. This role helps connect students with both short and long-term work experiences (including virtual experiences and simulations) that complement their classroom learning and assists with student employment initiatives. The coordinator works collaboratively with staff, faculty, and community partners to promote experiential learning opportunities for Cal State East Bay students. |

| This Office Manager position provides administrative support to the MATH/PSYCH/STAT Hub, which includes the Departments of Mathematics, Psychology, and Statistics & Biostatistics. The Office Manager has significant autonomy in decision making regarding resolving common problems. This position is responsible for complying with regulations, policies, and procedures relating to the function of the MATH/PSYCH/STAT Hub. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining departmental records, supporting faculty and chairs in these departments, and interacting with offices and departments across the campus. Much of the work is confidential requiring specialized knowledge & training. Particular emphasis is placed on duties concerning the course schedule, student services, and special events and projects. |

Under the general supervision of the Director of Admission and supervising Associate Director, the Transfer Admission Counselor coordinates the processing, evaluation, and advising of applicants for assigned groups. The counselor must follow a wide and complex range of relevant policies when making final admissions decisions. This position is also responsible for advising on Admission requirements, policies and procedures to various audiences including prospective students/applicants, faculty and staff. Working with other East Bay offices, the counselors also participate in the campus-wide effort to recruit prospective students as well as support the transition of admitted applicants to enrolled students. |
