| California State University East Bay's Graduate School of Education is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator, Level II to provide administrative and clerical support to the departments of Educational Leadership, Educational Psychology, and Teacher Education, which serve approximately 750 students across master’s, doctoral degree and credential programs.
This position works closely with the Education department Chairs to support the departments’ programs and students. Duties fall under four categories: clerical support; workload/class schedules; contract, faculty appointments, and payroll; and scholarships.
The successful candidate must exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills and critical thinking; advanced knowledge of Excel; and the ability to master various software and data systems used by the University. Essential skills in this high-activity environment include the ability to multi-task; problem solve; organize tasks and projects for maximum efficiency while ensuring accuracy; and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in addition to initiating ownership of projects and tasks as needed.
Duties and responsibilities are in support of the day-to-day operations of the Education departments. This position operates independently on a wide array of operations requiring sound judgement, initiative, and the ability to consistently maintain confidentiality while exercising discretion and sensitivity. |

Graduate Admissions Counselor - SSP II

| The Office of Admissions at Cal State East Bay is looking for a detail-oriented, dedicated, and collaborative professional to join our fun and cohesive team of Graduate Admissions Counselors. Under the general supervision of the Director of Admission and supervising Associate/Assistant Directors, the Admissions Counselors coordinate the processing, evaluation, and advising of applicants for assigned groups. Counselors must follow a wide and complex range of relevant policies when making final admissions decisions. The position is also responsible for advising on Admission requirements, policies, and procedures to various audiences including prospective students/applicants, high school/community college counselors, faculty, and staff. Working with other Cal State East Bay offices, Admissions Counselors also participate in the campus-wide effort to recruit prospective students as well as support the transition of admitted applicants to enrolled. |

| This position is a technical and functional resource responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and supporting application software and other solutions to support faculty, staff, and the University’s student success initiatives. Under the direction of ITS Director, the incumbent will be responsible for new solutions design and development, analyzing and understanding the campus data and technology needs, maintaining the data integrity and implementing system enhancements.
This position is focused on supporting the Salesforce ecosystem, including but not limited to CRM, Marketing Cloud, etc. |

| This position will help foster a team culture that is focused and driven to succeed academically and athletically, while servicing the community. Assist in the planning and implementation of practice, competitions, travel, equipment, paperwork and any other administrative duties set forth by the Head Coach. Recruit prospective student athletes in compliance with college policies and procedures. Monitor the academic progress and development of student-athletes. Conduct and supervise athletically related activities for specific training groups on a daily basis. Assist with the monitoring and posting on the team website and social media. Assist in all fundraising opportunities. Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations. |

This position emphasizes supporting our instruction program, including providing instructional support for online and on campus students and participating in our Library Curriculum & Instruction Committee; supporting our hybrid reference model, and in-person or virtual research consultations; supervising the Information Desk and student staff; course-integrated instruction; collection development; planning and creating asynchronous instructional content for credit courses, LibGuides, and/or workshops; planning and creating outreach and marketing materials and promotional campaigns for library services and resources; and other duties as assigned. |
