Education Pathways Coordinator (Student Services Professional III) - Office of Research and Sponsored Programs/Graduate College of Education San Francisco
Under the general supervision of the PI for the SF/P K-16 Collaborative, this position works with the grant’s Administrative Lead, the Education Pathway Design Team, and various faculty and department chairs to serve as a liaison between planners, counselors, and administrators at SFSU, CCSF, SMCCD, SFUSD, UCSF, and other partner institutions. The role focuses on expanding clear pathways into education careers with onramps at every level. It supports the grant’s goal of building a collaborative across the San Francisco and Peninsula region to assist students in transitioning from high school to college, especially those from historically underserved communities. Ideal candidates will have experience in PK-12, community colleges, or higher education, and a background in student advising or career services.
Painter - (Painter) - Structural Maintenance San Francisco
Under direct guidance of the Supervising Painter, the Painter is responsible for a full range of skilled journey-level painting, finishing, and maintaining of a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces and structures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: paint signs and parking lot/roadway markings; advise in the selection and storage of painting materials; inspect completed work for conformance with specifications, requirements and compliance with applicable building and safety codes and regulations; inspect related work performed by contractors; and estimate cost, time and materials for painting projects.

Academic Office Coordinator - (Administrative Analyst/Specialist Exempt I) - Graduate College of Education San Francisco
The Academic Office Coordinator (AOC) reports to the Chair of the Secondary Education Department (SED) and works to effectively and efficiently to administer day-to-day operations, maintenance, and planning of departmental goals and objectives. The AOC provides lead work direction for student assistants and coordinates operations and technical support for a Department dedicated to the preparation and Professional Development of Secondary/Middle and High School teachers. The SED AOC has a high degree of responsibility, operates issues of a confidential nature, has a thorough knowledge of campus and department policies and procedures, identifies deviations from applicable policies and procedures, and makes recommendations for changes in procedures. The AOC interprets, organizes, and presents information to potential applicants, teacher candidates, and MA students and trains others in relevant procedures that directly impact students and faculty. The AOC works with the department Chair in the review and evaluation of relevant data that impact the coordination of programs. The AOC sets work standards for the Department office, takes initiative, and independently plans, organizes, coordinates, and performs work in myriad situations where numerous and diverse demands are involved. The AOC independently interprets a variety of complex organizational policies and procedures, uses initiative and judgment in analyzing information, and determines a course of action with the specifications of standard practice and established procedures to meet the operations, budgetary and personnel needs, and program goals for the department. The AOC is responsible for the department budget analysis and projection, enrollment data analysis, academic schedule planning, and making recommendations to the Department Chair regarding strategic choices and appropriate timing for department investment of resources.
Lead Teacher - (Early Childhood Master Teacher) - Children's Campus San Francisco
Under the direction of the Director, the Head Teacher is responsible for providing high-quality, responsive, and enriching caregiving and education that is in alignment with the Children’s Campus philosophy and mission. The incumbent plans and implements an environment that is rich with relational experiences and hands-on inquiry experiences designed to support the development of a range of social, emotional, self-help, language, literacy, cognitive and motor skills for individuals and groups of children that are aligned with the California State Foundations for Early Learning (Infant, Toddler, and Preschool). Program Coordinator (Administrative Analyst/Specialist Non-Exempt) - College of Professional & Global Education San Francisco
With work assignments provided by the Program Lead, the Program Coordinator will manage daily administrative tasks associated with CPaGE programs. They will be responsible for building classes in relevant software systems, scheduling classes, answering program inquiries, resolving enrollment issues, communicating with instructors, and processing certificates. Other tasks may be assigned as needed. The Program Coordinator will address student issues and concerns, provide enrollment reports, and assist with enrollment documentation. They must exercise judgment in answering student inquiries and resolving student issues, recognizing problems and suggesting possible solutions. In addition, they may be asked to suggest changes and improvements to web content and marketing documents, and provide basic analytical analysis, including reconciling invoices and creating purchase requisitions.

The specialist works closely with ITS and the CPaGE business analyst to ensure seamless integration of Campus Solutions and other databases with the website.
