The Manager, Project Management will lead the project management team, manage medium and large projects, and act as a liaison between UD divisions and UDit. The role will focus on implementing processes and standards for project management, ensuring successful project implementation and facilitating effective collaboration across teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Project Management or related technical field required7 or more years of professional experience in project managementUnderstanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methodsExperience mentoring and coaching employeesExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising teamsExperience working in a collaborative environment and promoting teamworkExcellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficient in building and managing detailed project plansEffective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage resource capacity and estimate timelines
