Under the supervision of the Parking Services Assistant Director. Provides parking services to the University community using discretion and independent judgment. Performs high quality customer service in an extremely complex office environment.
High School diploma or equivalentCustomer service experience Effective written communications skillsKnowledge of and experience with software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office)Technical skills
