The curriculum will integrate Digital Dentistry techniques to be taught by today’s dental thought leaders and master clinicians.  The school plans to provide a unique 36-month dental education program through an innovative “Block” style curriculum, which will ensure in-depth learning and understanding.  Please join this new DDS program.  The Director of Dental Anatomy & Restorative Dentistry I provides academic and administrative leadership for foundational pre-clinical education in dental anatomy, terminology, and restorative principles within the DDS curriculum. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Dental Education, this position oversees the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Dental Anatomy and related restorative pre-clinical coursework, ensuring that students acquire a precise understanding of tooth morphology, occlusion, nomenclature, and foundational restorative concepts essential for clinical competency. The Director is responsible for coordinating course instruction, supervising pre-clinical laboratory activities, and supporting faculty in delivering rigorous, hands-on training aligned with the academic standards and educational mission of the Yeshiva University College of Dental Medicine. In collaboration with academic leadership and faculty, the Director ensures that the curriculum integrates didactic instruction with simulation-based training, promotes evidence-based teaching methods, and prepares students for progression into pre-clinical and clinical patient care.

Reporting directly to the Occupational Therapy Program Director, the Doctoral Capstone Coordinator supports the university in fulfillment of its mission, purpose, and goals.
