• The head coach will also be responsible for working with athletics staff to support and uphold the philosophy, goals and mission of both the university and the YU athletics program

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum two years of collegiate coaching experience preferred, or three years at the high school or club level

• A commitment to knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations
• A commitment to working closely with the department’s recruiting coordinator on identifying and building relationships with Yeshiva High School and international recruits
• Demonstrated ability to establish good rapport and effective working relationships with student-athletes, coaches, staff, and alumni
• Ability to work nights, weekends and maintain a flexible work schedule
