Position Responsibilities: |
- Manage athletics facilities and hire, train, assign and supervise student-worker staff
- Coordinate transportation and other travel needs of 15 teams across two campuses
- Manage uniforms, gear and equipment needs, including purchases, distribution and return
- Approve student-worker payroll
- Create personnel forms for part-time staff
- Oversee campus intramural programs
- Serve as department liaison for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC)
- The candidate will be expected to learn, understand and emphasize the mission of Yeshiva University, and hold the program and student-athletes therein to the same standards set forth by the entirety of the institution

Experience & Education Background: |
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3 years of related athletics experience, preferably at the collegiate level
- Ability to work nights, weekends and maintain a flexible work schedule
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and an ability to establish good rapport and effective working relationships with student-athletes, coaches, staff and alumni
