Casual Staff - Administrative Assistant (Part-time)

Position Summary:       

Work with the Administrative Coordinator and Center Director to provide essential administrative and operational support, helping to advance the Lieberman-Mitzner Center’s programs and mission of developing the next generation of public service leaders.

This is a part-time position with a schedule of around 7 hours per week. The work will be primarily remote with an occasional requirement to attend in-person events.  

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating programs, events, meetings, and speaker engagements
  • Managing calendars and communications
  • Maintaining records and databases
  • Assisting with student programming and internships
  • Providing logistical support for Center initiatives, including events and trips to Washington, D.C. and Israel

Experience & Educational Background:

A Bachelor's degree is required.

Salary Range:

$18-$20 per hour
